A board game about buying property and collecting rent, published by Parker Brothers in 1935 and since one of the best-selling commercial board games worldwide.
From 1989 to 2001, almost every high-value winner of McDonald's' 'Monopoly' game was fake. The contractor's security chief stole pieces and sold them through a network of mobsters, psychics and others. The FBI arrested him in 2001; over 50 people were later convicted of fraud.
