Matterhorn
An Alpine peak of about 4,478 metres on the border between Switzerland and Italy, famous for its pyramid-like shape with four distinct faces.
The triangles of chocolate bar Toblerone were not necessarily inspired by the Matterhorn. The brand's own history gave two versions: Swiss mountains, or a human pyramid formed by dancers at Paris's Folies Bergère. No definitive origin survives.
